Q1. Why the spell checker does not recognize the word "???"

A1. There are two possibilities:

	The word you are using is actually misspelled. Some words are very frequently misused. Thus it is nice that the spell checker caught it.
	Even though we continuously update our lexicon, there is a possibility that the word is not in the lexicon (this is probably the case if the word is a technical term, a proper noun, etc.).

Please use the following form to inform us about such words. We really appreciate if you let us know the word that you think is wrong. We will send you a response as soon as possible, possibly add it to the lexicon and send you a free upgrade if we do so,

Q2. What is wrong with the suggestions that the spell checker gave for the word "???". They are not related to what I tried to write and the correct form is not in the list

A2. In most cases, suggestions are generated by a strict formula (e.g., add a letter, drop a letter, transpose a letter, etc.) Due to this the word you had in mind can turn into a completely unrecognized word. If there are more than 1 letter mistakes, the spell checker may not be able to find the correct spelling of the word.

Q3. What is wrong with the suggestions that the spell checker gave for the word "???". They are wrong/misspelled/absurd

A3. In most cases they are not. The spell checker is context independent so if you think about the suggested words more carefully, you can identify the context in which it will be true. Again in some cases, our tools may be wrong also. If you are in doubt, please let us know and we will let you know what we think. If we update the speller as the result of this, then we will send you the update free or charge.
